Exercise is good for you.
Ask the children to list things they need to do to look after their bodies and ensure they grow healthy and strong.
e.g. exercise, good diet, good hygiene and getting enough sleep.
Invite the children to place hand on their chest and listen to their breathing. Ask them to predict what will happen after exercising.
Ask them to run on spot for 60 seconds and repeat listening to breathing.
